Mrs. Jane Pierce is a porcelain doll by Nortel

Mrs. Jane Pierce is a porcelain doll by Nortel and was inspired by "The Smithsonian Institute."  She has brown eyes and hand painted eyelashes. She measures 16” in height and is wearing her original black lace dress. Hoop slip for the period.  Mrs. Jane Pierce was the First Lady Administration of Franklin Pierce 1853-1857.  She was purchased from an estate sale so I do not know the complete history.
